RtCord documentation

RtCord is a Go HTTP service and browser application for servers, channels, direct messages, group chats, file attachments, and moderation workflows. This documentation is organized like a small kernel documentation tree: users and operators can start with Installation, while contributors can follow Development architecture.

The existing API.md and INSTALL.md remain the authoritative Markdown references for endpoint and installation details. The RST pages below provide cross-linked, task-oriented documentation around those references and the implementation.
