Development workflow

Use the repository commands:

$ go mod download
$ gofmt -w main.go handlers/*.go types/*.go
$ go test ./...
$ go vet ./...
$ go build ./...
$ make

The project currently has no test files, but go test ./... remains the package-wide regression check. Run make docs after changing RST sources.
