Social features and files

Friend requests are sent by username and can be listed, accepted, or rejected.
Conversation listing and messaging are restricted to conversation members.

``GET /uploads/{attachment_id}`` streams an attachment only to a member of its
server or conversation. Metadata identifies the content type, size, URL, and
preview kind. Uploaded files are stored under ``uploads/`` and must be backed
up with the database.
