Servers and messaging

Authenticated users can create and list servers, list and create channels,
manage custom full-server-admin roles, create seven-day invites, and accept
invites. Channel messages support JSON or multipart input, replies, edits,
deletion, reactions, and attachments.

Direct messages and group chats are created through
``/api/conversations/dm`` and ``/api/conversations/group``. Participants must
be friends. Group chats contain 1--25 friends, and message responses include
author, avatar, reply, attachment, and reaction data.

The legacy server message endpoints remain available for compatibility; new
clients should use channel message endpoints.
